Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and commission BMS controllers, sensors, and field devices - Perform point-to-point testing, loop checks, and system integration with HVAC, fire, and security subsystems - Troubleshoot hardware and software faults during commissioning and post-handover support periods - Prepare O&M manuals, commissioning reports, and handover documentation - Conduct preventive maintenance visits under service contracts Qualifications: - Graduate of Electronics Technology, Electrical Technology, or related vocational course - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Trend, Siemens Desigo, Honeywell, or equivalent BMS platforms - Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, BACnet, Modbus) - Willing to work on-site and travel to provincial project locations

LPI is hiring experienced CCTV and Security Systems Installers to work on IP camera, access control, and integrated security projects for commercial and institutional clients. Responsibilities: - Install IP cameras, NVRs, access control panels, card readers, and associated cabling - Terminate and test Cat6, fiber optic, and coaxial cables to specification - Configure camera settings, recording schedules, and basic network parameters - Assist senior engineers during system integration and client acceptance testing - Maintain accurate records of installed equipment and cable schedules Qualifications: - Graduate of Electronics Technology or equivalent - Minimum 1 year of experience in CCTV or structured cabling installation - Familiarity with Hikvision, Dahua, or Axis camera platforms is an advantage - Physically fit and willing to work at heights with full PPE compliance

Responsibilities: - Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources from award through final acceptance - Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and LPI sub-contractors - Prepare and monitor project programmes, cash flow projections, and progress reports - Identify and mitigate project risks; manage variation orders and claims - Lead project close-out: punch list resolution, commissioning, O&M training, and warranty handover Qualifications: - Licensed Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineer (PRC) - Minimum 5 years of project management experience in building services or specialty contracting - PMP certification is an advantage - Strong command of MS Project or Primavera P6 - Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities: - Prepare material take-offs and cost estimates from project drawings and specifications - Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and sub-contractors - Compile and format bid packages in compliance with client tender requirements - Coordinate with the technical team to validate scope and ensure completeness of estimates - Maintain a supplier and pricing database for recurring materials and equipment Qualifications: - Graduate of Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering - Minimum 2 years of estimating or quantity surveying experience in building services or MEP contracting - Proficient in Excel; experience with cost estimating software is an advantage - High attention to detail and ability to work under tight bid deadlines
